xMAGI Token Overview

• Nature: xMAGI is a non-transferable, escrowed governance token, representing staked MAGI.

• Acquisition: xMAGI can be obtained by directly converting MAGI.

• Revenue Share: Holding xMAGI grants you access to 30% of the revenues generated by MAGI.

• Redemption: You can convert your xMAGI back to MAGI after initiating the redemption process. The amount of MAGI you receive will be based on the chosen vesting time ratio.

• Staking: MAGI can be staked in exchange for xMAGI with a minimum staking period of 2 weeks. The initial conversion ratio is 0.15:1. As you approach a staking duration of 3 months, the redemption ratio becomes more favorable, nearing 1:1.

Note: if you choose a vesting that does not give you a 1:1 ratio, the token counterparty will be burned, e.g. 2 weeks = 0.15:1 redeem ratio, therefore you will get back 15% of your size and 85% will be burned.
